Two weeks. Real quantities, named suppliers, dated figures.

We go through it with you
One hour on a call, line by line.
Every plan states a range. If the building works come in outside it, and the design has not changed since we priced it, we refund the fee in full.
And if the timing is wrong for a cost plan, we say so rather than take the fee.
